Roundup: Shocking Revelations About RFK Jr., the Battle for Ballot Access, and Manipulated Ads

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Another week, another string of revelations that expose Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as an overall creep, a Trump campaign plant, and a right-winger who will keep the door open to Trump’s dangerous Project 2025 takeover plan.

Last week, an explosive article from Vanity Fair detailed how RFK Jr. sexually assaulted his children’s former babysitter, allegations he didn’t deny (and just apologized for over text message), saying “I wasn’t a church boy.” As reported in The Boston Globe, he even implied there might be more women who come forward with sexual assault and harassment claims. As disqualifying as that admission is on its own, news resurfaced that RFK Jr. has been linked to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

With the messy battle for presidential ballot access continuing to heat up, Republican operatives are continuing to team up with third-party candidates like RFK Jr. and Cornel West in an effort to siphon votes from President Biden.

North Carolina’s State Board of Elections decided to further delay voting to approve ballot access for RFK Jr.’s We the People Party after learning that voters were deceived into signing petitions to support ballot access, and many were unaware of what the petitions were even for. This comes after Cornel West’s campaign was caught red-handed using Republican operatives to collect signatures in the state by also obscuring that their petitions would be used to help take votes from Biden. The North Carolina eElection board is continuing to investigate RFK Jr. and Cornel West’s campaigns for wrongdoing.

In Colorado, RFK Jr. is attempting yet another backdoor tactic to get ballot access. This time, RFK Jr.’s team is undermining voters’ rights by attempting to co-opt the Libertarian Party’s ballot line, causing a spat of infighting within the Libertarian Party.

As Donald Trump’s dangerous Project 2025 takeover plan comes into full focus, past remarks from RFK Jr. suggesting that he’s open to the agenda have come to light – in addition to keeping a copy of the Heritage Foundation’s “Mandate for Leadership” conveniently located on his desk.

To put a finer point on RFK Jr.’s unhinged week, his campaign has come under fire for a new ad posted on social media site X. The ad manipulates footage and audio from news broadcasts to falsely portray anchors as boosting his candidacy. CNN anchor Jake Tapper and MSNBC anchor Joy Reid, whose footage is included, are calling on RFK Jr. to take the ad down immediately.

Below are a few more stories that popped this week about third-party spoiler candidates:
