MAGA Supreme Court Sides With Insurrectionists

WASHINGTON, D.C. – In response to the Supreme Court ruling in favor of protecting January 6 insurrectionists, MoveOn Political Action Executive Director Rahna Epting said:

“Today, the MAGA Supreme Court continued their string of dangerous decisions by choosing to evade accountability for the January 6 insurrectionists. We have to face the reality that the Donald Trump-appointed Supreme Court has deep credibility issues with the American people. They’re not going to stop with protecting insurrectionists or restricting abortion. This verdict lays bare the stakes of the election this November and the existential threat of allowing Trump to appoint even more right-wing extremist judges to the Supreme Court.”
