The Supreme Court decision in Louisiana v. Callais is a direct attack on voting rights. By weakening protections for fair representation, it unjustly leaves the door open for corrupt leaders to draw maps and set rules to protect their seats—making it harder for everyday people to truly elect leaders who represent them.
Politicians should not choose their voters, voters should choose their politicians.
