With decades of experience as a community advocate, nonprofit leader, and public servant, Susie Lee has dedicated her career to fighting for Nevada’s working families. Before entering public office, she built a reputation as a fierce advocate for education and youth opportunity in southern Nevada. After moving to Las Vegas in 1993, she served as the Founding Director of After-School All-Stars and later as President of Communities In Schools of Nevada, a leading dropout prevention organization where she expanded services to aid over 64,000 students.

Since being elected to Congress in 2018, Susie has brought her problem-solving background to Washington, establishing herself as a relentless, common-sense leader. Recognized as one of the most bipartisan members of the House of Representatives, she consistently breaks through hyperpartisanship to deliver critical investments and real results back home for her constituents.
