Our next Supreme Court justice could help overturn Citizens United and restore voting rights. He or she could defend unions, the Affordable Care Act, the global climate deal, immigrant rights, and a woman’s right to choose.
No wonder Senate Republicans are trying every stunt they can think of to stop President Obama from appointing the next Supreme Court justice.
