But park police didn’t want them shaking it with Uncle TJ. They were arrested. Fast forward to May 17, 2011, and the appeal of that case was decided in favor of the cops. Last weekend, a flash mob of folks came to the memorial and defied that, dancing until they, too, were arrested.
