Town Hall Petitions
We’ve called. We’ve emailed. We’ve shown up at local offices. But for many of us, it has been nearly impossible to get in touch with our members of Congress.
That’s why public, town halls are so important—they’re a rare opportunity to speak directly with our elected officials and finally have our voices be heard. Yet many members of Congress still aren’t planning to hold accessible, public events during the upcoming congressional recess.
If your elected officials aren’t holding public town halls, find and sign the petitions below to ask them to change their minds. And, after you’ve signed, check out ResistanceRecess.com to start or join a constituent town hall near you.
If you don’t see a petition to your representative(s) yet, click here to start your own. If you already started a petition and don’t yet see it on the list, email us to let us know so we can add it to this page.
