First it was Apple’s corporate tax breaks. Now Apple is patenting new technology that would disable cellphone video based on external signals from public venues. That means video could be shut down by forces outside of you, the phone owner. Just think about how dangerous that could be if it fell into the hands of an oppressive regime.
