Apple's New Patent Could Crush The Democratic Impact Of Cellphone Video

First it was Apple’s corporate tax breaks. Now Apple is patenting new technology that would disable cellphone video based on external signals from public venues. That means video could be shut down by forces outside of you, the phone owner.
